My antidrug would de dancing or taking long showers. I know many people take showers to get clean, but I use my shower time for that and at the same time think and relax. Dancing takes my mind off of things as well. I feel like when im mad and i go to dance class i dance harder which is beneficial for my body and my mind at the same time. I know that many people turn to actual drugs in hard times, but i try to turn to something that will not hurt me but rather help me.
